Israel with Dekel Just returned from Israel and would love to commend and recommend Dekel tours and David Gross. From the VIP welcome through passport to the hotels etc we had a first rate experience. The two hotels (which were middle tier) were excellent. The rooms and the food were outstanding. David gross was very accommodating and caring from beginning to end. While the schedule was great there was always room for adjustment. Rani Weiss was truly a great driver and guide. He was caring and always tried to include Libby in the conversation. It was a truly wonderful experience and I recommend them highly.

There's really no reason to look anywhere else! Dealing with Dekel Tours was a pleasure from beginning to end. David organized an unbelievable family tour for 6 of us to spend 7 days in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. We are a family of 6 (age ranging from 16 to 55.) Our tour guide for the majority of the trip was Beni, and he too was fantastic. We were lead on an unforgettable journey that included scaling Masada, floating in the Dead sea, visiting the 4 ancient quarters of Jerusalem, digging in a cave, touring the Holocaust Museum, biking through Tel Aviv, eating hummus and falafel in the Carmel Market,

It could not have been better My husband & I just returned from 2 weeks in Israel. We worked with David Gross of Dekel Tours to arrange our hotel, transfers from & to the airport, and assistance through Passport Control, Security & Check-in. His suggestions were perfect for what we wanted. Each hotel was lovely—well maintained, spotlessly clean, well-appointed & well-located. At David’s suggestion we used of the service of Smile when we arrived in Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. It made getting through all the checkpoints speedy. We were able to circumvent long lines. The drivers were helpful & pleasant & their vehicles were clean. The use of VIP service on our departure was brilliant! Since the days before security checks, we have never had such rapid check-in. The representative from VIP was able to take us from curbside all the way through to our gate, bypassing long lines.

Wonderful, Attentive Tour Operator LeeAnn at Dekel worked with our extended family for a long time to schedule a (long awaited) family trip to Israel. LeeAnn and the Dekel team were incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, both prior to the trip and on WhatsApp while we were in Israel. They made everything from the airport transfers to the well selected tours/sites go smoothly. We also really appreciated the personal touch of LeeAnn meeting us at the hotel the morning of our first day of touring. We could not have had a better experience with Dekel and the guide and driver they set us up with (big props to Beny Shlevich, amazing guide).Two bonus points worth noting as an indication of the planning and customer service from Dekel:A) One morning, we were up north and came down to find out our bus had a flat tire. Somehow, the Dekel team had an alternate bus to us promptly so that we could make our first tour destination without delay while the original bus was being fixed. Magic!B) A few days after we came home, we got an unexplained charge from one of the hotels. We WhatsApp'd LeeAnn and she chased it down in-country and resolved it for us ASAP (even though this is still in Dekel's busy season and they are crazy busy).Thanks LeeAnn and Dekel for the trip of a lifetime.

Amazing family trip to Israel! Thank you to David at Dekel tours! My family and I (2 adults and 2 teens) have recently returned from a wonderful 2-week trip all over Israel. It was a trip of a lifetime! David helped us to plan and organize this long-awaited trip from the very beginning stages. He was quick to respond to any and all questions, no matter the time of day! Our tour guide, Asher, was outstanding! Knowledgeable, punctual and full of energy. He made sure to keep all of us happy, fed and entertained at all times. Highly recommend!

A bat mitzvah gift! Dekel tours planned a perfect tour for my husband and I to show our granddaughter how much we love Israel. Every detail was attended to with perfection so we could just relax and enjoy!

Fabulous personalized tour We planned an itinerary with Dekel tours who tailored a bucket list of places with our site requests. Our guide was fantastic-well versed in history, archeology and natural wonders and very attentive to our needs. We saw and learned so much about different cultures, religions and history. It was an amazing unforgettable trip made easy by Dekel tours' handlers all along the way. Definitely recommend for a personalized tour.
