Outstanding Tour Company Dekel was outstanding in every aspect, from the escort not after baggage claim but right after I exited the plane, to the immediate drive to the hotel, to the informative & enthusiastic guide (Avi) who accompanied us everywhere, to the proficient driver (Hezi), in short, first class personnel, itinerary, accommodations & meals. THE BEST private tour guide to Israel!! Dekel Tours did an outstanding job putting together a family tour of Israel. They were extremely focused on reflecting and delivering exactly what we wanted to experience, as well as letting us know about opportunities of which we might not have been aware. Our tour guide Rotem was knowledgeable, attentive, pleasant and completely on top of her game, as was our company contact, David. When we wanted to buy particular items, Rotem knew exactly where to bring us or found out where to take us if she didn't. Anytime we had a concern, David was reachable and ready with a perfect solution. We were a "high maintenance" family but nothing we requested was considered too difficult or too much or too anything. There were no "surprise" charges and the service was simply beyond reproach. They respected cost consciousness when it was wanted and were knowledgeable about splurging when that was wanted. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Best vacation ever! We just returned from 2 weeks in Israel. We went for my son's bar mitzvah and did a top to bottom visit of all the major historical and religious sites and locations in Israel, along with a ton of fun adventure stuff that would make any teenager excited. Everything went so smoothly. David made sure we had no problems along the way, finding us a tour guide, booking everything, arranging a photographer, even getting us through security in the airport. Everyone was professional, the hotels and food and experiences were all first rate. Worth every penny. We felt like royalty! We can't express enough how awesome this company is! It was the best vacation ever!

Sensational, tour group If you plan to take a trip to Israel then this is the company is for you. Dekel tours is exceptional in every way.They are so professional, helpful,and just all around wonderful .I had knee replacement surgery & it was hard for me to walk. So David came up with a wonderful idea . He texted me & said how about renting a scooter . It was the BEST idea , after that I was able to join in most of the activities.When I come back to Israel and looking for a tour Dekel Tours is who I’m using . I will recommend them to all my friends who plan on going to Israel.

Israel with Dekel Just returned from Israel and would love to commend and recommend Dekel tours and David Gross. From the VIP welcome through passport to the hotels etc we had a first rate experience. The two hotels (which were middle tier) were excellent. The rooms and the food were outstanding. David gross was very accommodating and caring from beginning to end. While the schedule was great there was always room for adjustment. Rani Weiss was truly a great driver and guide. He was caring and always tried to include Libby in the conversation. It was a truly wonderful experience and I recommend them highly.

Israel 2022 with DEKEL Tours My sister and I took a trip to Israel that was postponed for two years due to oCOVID. A friend recommended DEKEL, specifically LeeAnn Langer. I e-mailed LeeAnn and she quickly replied. I was on the phone with her within a few days and she took her time asking me questions about what my sister and I wanted to do. She planned a private tour for 3 weeks for my sister and I which included an overnight in Petra. We were given a choice of hotels to choose from and we were able to make changes to the itinerary before we got there. LeeAnn set us up with the greatest guide. LeeAnn listened to what we wanted and the trip was outstanding. Her team was always available if we had questions. Everything was taken care of. Transport to everywhere, VIP treatment arriving and leaving at the airport, great hotels, reservations taken care of, and just being spoiled with the attention to detail. And when I mentioned wine tasting, we went to 5 wineries. Most important is the guide they got us, Shira Victor. Shira is the best. Three weeks was not enough time. For the next trip to Israel, I will be contacting DEKEL to help arrange the trip.
